[Question #8776]: No Sound After Updates

My sound card in my computer is recognized (((Sound Blaster Audigy 1))) and I'm currently using Ubuntu 7.04. I didn't uninstall anything but sometime after I updated Ubuntu, my sound hasn't been working. In my sound preferences it says the device is an Audigy1 [SB0090] (ASLA MIxer) Can you tell me why this happened?
