Generally we use the wiki page for vouching purposes in the form of testimonials (see my page, for instance: <a href="https://wiki.ubuntu.com/aldomann">https://wiki.ubuntu.com/aldomann</a> or Ali's one: <a href="https://wiki.ubuntu.com/amjjawad#Testimonials">https://wiki.ubuntu.com/amjjawad#Testimonials</a>). </p>
<p dir="ltr">I believe this is pretty standard, and given the nature of open source projects the best way to do it. </p>
