Hi Hadi :)

On my signature, you will find all the important links that one needs to bookmark :)
OneStopPage is enough actually. Usually, people new to all of this are the best candidate. Those who know more about the system are less likely to break it because by default, they would know how to avoid the problems or how to fix them so they are best for 'Bug Triage' - https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Bug%20triage
Regarding accessibility, I believe there are one or two folks who work on gnome-orca itself full time, and there are active developers in Debian and Manjaro distros for accessibility improvements. lots of accessibility improvements came up in gnome 3.4.2 and the following releases, so I believe there has to be some good devs who are helping to improve accessibility in gnome.
Good stuff, do let us know how you go and file bugs for any issues you find! I would even welcome you to join our QA team (queue: Ali's intro
speech). I am not aware of any developers really dog-fooding this stuff in Ubuntu or GNOME, but there are a few developers really advocating for
accessibility. So it really comes down to the users to point out problems, from there we can get the relevant people to look at it.

Thanks
