</div><div style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif">You just have to use ubuntu gnome installer, and select "keep windows and install ubuntu gnome aside"; at restart you will be able to choose between Ubuntu GNOME and Windows, in GRUB.<br>

I'm running Ubuntu gnome on vmware currently, but i decided to duel boot it on my laptop which is running windows 7.<br>

I have duel booted Linux and windows before, but last time that i did it, i couldn't bring back window's boot back, and grub keep coming up even after i have removed my Linux installation.<br>
Is it possible to not install grub and use window's booter to boot into windows and linux?<span><font color="#888888"><br>
<br></font></span></blockquote><div><br></div></div><div>It is very easy to restore the MBR and enable Windows Boot Loader to take control.<br><br>I have made a Dual-Booting guide which is 3-4 years old now (Ubuntu 10.04 and Windows XP) and I have discussed all these possibilities but I will not confuse you and post it here :)<br>
