How long to fix a bug?

Thank you for bring up this issue. I apologize for the delay in responding.

1. I reverted tracker in the GNOME3 Staging PPA for 16.04 LTS to the
version before the sandbox feature was added.

2. I announced yesterday on this list that the GNOME3 Staging PPA for
16.04 LTS will reach end of life soon.

3. It is easy for Ubuntu GNOME developers to not see every bug filed.
It's fine to ping on this list about important bugs that seem to have
been missed, especially when there is a fix available. (I didn't see
the bug you pointed out until you mentioned it on this list.)
