I have ostree and flatpak installed.
The usage of the old syntax (Installing a remote repo and installing an
app) works for me.
I installed a 3.22 platform and a org.gnome.Games app.

But if i'm using the new syntax it ends with a:

flatpak remote-add --from gnome https://sdk.gnome.org/gnome.flatpakrepo
Can't load file gnome: No such file or directory

Very strange.

Another thing i've found is the following. flatpak list should give out
a a list of installed platforms and apps. But it looks like:

sascha at sascha-desktop:~/Downloads$ flatpak list
org.gnome.Games
org.gnome.gedit

So the platform isn't visible there. But it was installed correctly
with:

sascha at sascha-desktop:~/Downloads$ flatpak --user install gnome
org.gnome.Platform 3.22
