scrambled screen upon restart/startup (Charlie Luna) (Resolved)

ok, seems like my scrambled screen issue has fortunately been
corrected. if that was because of some software/os updates in the gnome
software center, awesome! but i had done a complete reinstall starting
with 17.04 and not with the 16.04 LTS and doing the upgrades.
everything seems to be working wonderfully and i'm stoked! i love this
version and i'm looking forward to the october release to see what's
been updated.
