[Anouncement] Ubuntu GNOME 16.10 released!

The Ubuntu GNOME team is proud to announce Ubuntu GNOME 16.10 is ready to
download!!

Tons of apps have been updated to 3.22, Videos, Maps, Photos, Books, and so
much more. The core system (GTK+, GNOME Shell, Control Center and Nautilus)
is still at 3.20 for stability reasons.
