To help keep spam under control, you need to be a member of specific
Launchpad teams to edit the wiki now. The new basic team is
~ubuntu-wiki-editors. The process to join the team is described
briefly at

https://help.ubuntu.com/community/WikiGuide

Please apply to join that team. If you don't get a response in a week,
let us know.

By the way, Ubuntu Members can edit the wiki without joining that
team. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Membership for more information
about Ubuntu membership.
