Hi all,

Ubuntu GNOME Team is working on Ubuntu GNOME project as volunteers and for
FREE (money) and none of them are getting paid 0.1$ whatsoever, period. We
do what we do because we love what we do.

In 22nd of July 2013, I have signed up and joined Ubuntu GNOME as a
volunteer. My contributions to this project are countless

Mind you, last time I updated this page was:

Yet, I am still around despite the fact that I am having serious and urgent
real-life issues I must solve ASAP .. yet, I am around and helping.

However, the way this community is doing is something I can't keep silent
about any more and to be more accurate, I don't and can't understand why
only very few must burnout and do all the job while 'most' of the others
take the comfortable view that someone else is looking after it and they're
not helping whenever we do need help?!

That said, I am giving this community a chance until releasing 16.04 in
April to prove it's a real community. If this community won't start working
as one team and one family, I am afraid I can't be part of this any more.

I definitely don't want to quit no matter how hard it is but the last
milestone, I understood clearly what is the real meaning of team-work which
I haven't seen much around.

*There are few names here, they're the main reason why I am still here.*
*Tim, Lance, and few others .. are the main reason why I am here still.*
The other reason is, I love what I do but it is getting a huge burden I no
longer wish to carry *ALONE* any more.

You need to know one important thing about me. I don't work in any project
alone. Whenever I work within any project, that project must have a team
and that team must be active.

I have done ALL what I could to make this community as active as it should
be but it seems I found 10,000 ways that did not work. So, this is my
10,001 try .. let's see :)

Thank you!
