Disable Alt-Space keyboard shortcut

Hi all

I'm running Ubuntu GNOME 14.04

Alt-Space is mapped as "window menu"

How can I disable this please?

I found this thread here http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1982405,
but that talks about using Compiz config settings manager.

I don't believe Ubuntu GNOME would use Compiz correct?
