Translation Call for Help!

[Narcis Garcia]

There is an issue in spanish release notes transcription:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/XenialXerus/ReleaseNotes/UbuntuGNOME/spanish

In spanish, question phrases are enclosed by both opening and closing
signs: ¿...? and the transcription loses first one.
