Ubuntu MATE Welcome Screen

Heya,

Has anyone checked out the Welcome Screen in the new Ubuntu MATE 15.10?
Wimpy forked it from Mint.

It'd be great to fork this for the next release of Ubuntu GNOME. You can
even download software through it, great for new users. What does
everyone think?
