Totem 3.16.4-0ubuntu2: No gear menu under Gnome-Shell

Hi Khurshid,

I fired up a Wily VM to confirm, and as Tim mentioned earlier the 
preferences options are under the app menu: http://i.imgur.com/ZfRZSOk.png

totem:
   Installed: 3.16.4-0ubuntu2
   Candidate: 3.16.4-0ubuntu2
   Version table:
  *** 3.16.4-0ubuntu2 0
         500 http://za.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ wily/main amd64 Packages
         100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

Perhaps you could remove and purge totem (apt-get purge totem) and then 
reinstall and see what happens?
