On Rufus for example did you flash the image with the UEFI option? Have you
tried other USB drives? When you enable UEFI through the firmware, is
secure boot disabled? Sorry for all the questions, I'm just trying to get
an idea of what you've done so far. I know if you create an image with
Ubuntu start up disk application, UEFI is enabled. So unless UEFI is
enabled in the firmware, it won't boot. I know Rufus has an option to
enable UEFI support.
