Missing icons in gnome-control-center?

Hello,

I just opened the bug report here :
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-control-center/+bug/1437321
of gnome-control-center missing icons and launchers. 

I was wondering if this was done deliberately or not... not sure myself
(hence why I leave the question here) else feel free to invalidate. 

Also I was wondering if there was no problem to assign everything to
Ubuntu GNOME in affected projects on my reports... not sure if I should
just leave that to the staff here.
