Thanks Ali for taking the time to do this. Even though the numbers are
small, it does give a clearer picture of where our efforts should be for
the next few milestones until we do another survey (if any). I think it
would be great to do this once a year or twice a year, just to see how
we are doing. I think the latter would be ideal or else it gets a bit
stale yearly.

Could we perhaps discuss this briefly in our planning session?
