[Launchpad] Trying to report a bug, page just keeps refreshing

Anyone getting the same? I'm trying to file a report for pulseaudio, but
the page keeps refreshing unusually long. I did what I always do -
"ubuntu-bug <package". It's been refreshing for almost 10 minutes now.
Does this happen often? Didn't happen to me before, ever. Or is anyone
experiencing the same atm.?

In case this wouldn't work is there another way to collect information
about a package to submit for review?
