Restore Weekly Meetings

In short, one of our worst weak points is: we have no weekly meetings.

I do want to bring this to discussion yet again and restore that, not for
this cycle but from now and on.

I'm on +11GMT Time Zone.

I'm available 7 days a week.

Every Sat at 21:00 GMT, I have a weekly ToriOS meeting:

I have Kibo meetings too, more than once a week. Usually, that is at 23:00
GMT.

For core members and/or team leaders, this is a must but I can't force
anyone :)

For everyone else involved, it would be great.

Note: If you are part of - for example - Artwork Team, if you're Team
Leader/Driver will attend the meeting, you don't 'have' to attend but would
be great if you could.
The idea is: if the driver of a sub-team will attend, he/she can brief
his/her team :)

I prefer Google Hangout Meetings but I don't mind doing IRC meetings.

Which is: every Sunday, 21:00GMT is not great for me now. It was before
when my time zone wasn't +11GMT.
