localization problems

Hi there,

I've installed Ubuntu Gnome 14.04 and wondered that there were missing
language packages. I remembered that in Ubuntu after installation there
was a dialog that offered to install all missing packages (e.g. for
firefox). Now i figured out that I can get it back by installing
language-selecter-gnome. Now I have to language entries in system
settings. Thats not cool, but every single unexperienced user looking
for language packages for all programs that have their own is not really
an option in my opinion. So maybe language-selecter-gnome could be
preinstalled or you can find another solution, please!
