[Thinking Loudly] Ubuntu GNOME 'Community' Phase 2

Hi everyone,

2 days ago, I shared this idea with the board [1] of Ubuntu GNOME:

A while back, I shared even more crazy idea on IRC with Keith and Elias and
they loved it but will hold my horses as that crazy idea is actually Phase
3, let's hit Phase 2 first ;)

So, I'd like to invite everyone to have a look and get back to us with some
feedback, etc.

What do you think?!

YES. If you are asking whether we're ready for that or not.

NO. If you're asking if that could be done over night.

We, however can make it happen by April, 2015. So, we have 4 months to get
into Phase 2 :)
