[IRC] Call for Help

Dear all,

Ubuntu GNOME has many communications channels [1] which anyone can use to
contact us.

Our IRC channel [2] has a bit of a problem. It lacks manpower and enough
people who could provide some support or answer some questions or at least
guide people to the right channel to get their questions or problems solved.

If there is anyone who might be interested to help us on IRC, kindly reply
this email and make yourself known to the team :)
