App indicators in Ubuntu Gnome 15.10

Hi Sanjay,

Although I can't help you out with your problem, have you tried the 
Freon extension (https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/841/freon/) as a 
replacement?

It sits nicely in the top bar and is regularly updated.
