Touch screen ultrabook suspends when screen is locked

Hi All,

I have Ubuntu Gnome 15.10 installed on an ultrabook which generally works
well. However, whenever the screen is locked it actually suspends the
machine.

I have changed the gnome settings to blank instead of suspend and I have
also tried adjusted logind.conf to HandleLidSwitch=ignore

Wondering if anyone has any pointers?
