What I am looking for is more than just a report. As per:

Your report will fall under "Internal Feedback" category.
Based on that, we shall come up with a plan for 15.10 cycle.
So, once we have the report/feedback which you sent, we need to set the
plan. I will share my ideas about how to do that, hopefully today (my time).
