Path to using Gnome 3.14?

Hi everyone,


I'm very interested in running Gnome 3.14 on my machine. This machine 
has only ever run Ubuntu Gnome. I know Ubuntu Gnome 14.10 is targeting 
3.12. 

What is the appropriate path to go for 3.14 while being able to test 
and give feedback to the Ubuntu Gnome team?
