Get Ubuntu GNOME Slovak

Hello,
Thanks for the update. I will be helping with the social media tasks in the
next few days and will happily spread the word on translations. We have had
several new ones this week and I want to try to encourage more people to
jump in.

Thanks for your contribution in getting the Slovak and Czech done.
