Sounds like an interesting idea, but i am with Elias how is that going to
be possible when Ubuntu doesn't follow a rolling release scheme. Unless you
choose to follow Debian's Unstable Branch and/or Mint in combination with
Ubuntu. But again like Elias as already said how would that affect being an
official flavour of Ubuntu and Ubuntu's criteria for being an Official
flavour.
