[NEW] Getting Involved Vacancies

I am really liking the contents of the page. Roles or Contributions would
likely be the best wording.

Unfortunately as I do not have time to assist with development tasks, I
would not mind getting more involved with Q/A Testing and even some
Marketing/Social Media and PR.
