I am going to propose something slightly different! now I can't do google hangouts (apart from the minor fact I don't have a webcam/mic etc,
they just don't work here. I can't even watch live sessions due to the stuttering and hang-ups....)

So I propose we alternate weekly between IRC meeting at 21:00UTC one week and google hangout meeting 15:00UTC the next.
