[Vote] Time + Day for Weekly Meeting

I'm on the Canadian East Coast (gmt -4). I can be available anywhere from
22:00gmt to 02:00gmt Mon-Fri.

I am fairly flexible on the weekends... 12gmt-00gmt usually
