Ubuntu Gnome very UNSTABLE

Dear Andrea,

I am running the Gnome Ubuntu version 13.10 x32 and x64 on different 
pc´s and both have experiencing problems with several applications like 
Rhytmbox, Banshee, Nautilus, NVidia 304 and 319 it drives me really 
crazy but i don´t wanna change the distro i love this Gnome Ubuntu too much.
