Hi All,
I am sending this to the greater mailing list because I would like for the
QA people to have some visibility into this as well. I believe I have found
a bug that I have reproduced on two of my computers. I have done a screen
cast instead of trying to describe the issue fully, see here for the screen
cast:

The short version of this is, I use Antegros (Arch spin) at work with GS
3.10.2, I like to cut out a lot of the default columns from Evolution.
Since Trusty now has the 3.10.x packages I thought I would start trying to
put it through the paces in a "production" environment. So I tried to
create a custom view, then save it. However I get really inconsistent
results. When I first encountered the problem using my *saved* custom view
simply caused no email at all to show up (when I adjust the custom view
without saving it, the view works fine). However since I want to apply this
view to all of my folders, not being able to save the view properly becomes
a really big pain.
To sum up:
*Problem*: When trying to create custom views in Evolution, saving the
views does not seem to work or causes inconsistent results
*Evolution Version*: 3.10.1
*Ubuntu Gnome Version*: Trusty
*Gnome 3 PPA Version*: Staging
*Last Full Update*: Jan 6, 2014
*Reproduceable:* On 2 different Laptops I was able to reproduce this problem
If we want to move this to a different mailing list please let me know!
Sorry if this is the wrong one
