Ubuntu GNOME Translation

I don't know how we are going to handle the translations, but count me on.
I'm the coordinator of the English (UK) and Catalan translations teams of
elementary OS and a contributor to the Spanish team as well. I also
contribute to other Launchpad.net projects.
