duelbooting ubuntu gnome with win7

That's what i also like to do. doesn't Ubuntu one  provide you with a 
folder that sinks into their cloud?
I'd use flash drives, but i have no idea what i will have to  back up in 
a Linux OS, beside media files  (music and text documents)  :D
