Including a new GTK theme in Ubuntu GNOME

I have been busy due to my exams. My exams will finish on 22nd. So I can be
back in action after that.

For now, when I joined, I talked with Alfredo with the possibility of
including new themes and wallpapers. The wallpaper contest is already live.
So lets come to the themes.

We cannot include a Gnome Shell theme for obvious reasons. They break every
release, and when a user installs a newer Gnome version through PPA, it'll
be pretty broken.

Coming to GTK themes, they no longer break for quite a few Gnome releases.
New widgets are introduced, but the theme is backwards compatible. So I
think it's safe to include a GTK theme. I'll make sure it is updated for
latest GNOME.

I have a theme, named Evolve <http://fav.me/d4dn66o>, that I would propose
to include in Ubuntu GNOME.

It doesn't use any engine, so no extra dependency. Let me know what you
think.
