Previewing the new design

Hey guys (and Satyajit in particular),

I'm sending you a very simple mockup (a chiefly old one, by the way)
showing my vision of some basic design principles the web should follow.

   - Minimalistic header.
   - A dynamic header (could be used in interesting ways).
   - (Not in the mockup) Cool footer (e.g.,
   http://elementaryos.org/developer) that allows us to a lot of useful
   links.

As you can see I think we should do something super straightforward to our
users. Also one of the main focuses of the web must be the blog as it's one
of the main purposes of the web.

Also, a must (in my opinion) is responsive design, that is a web completely
usable in mobiles and tablets.
