Read the release notes is a must-do step

Hi,
This is by far, the best I could do:
http://ubuntugnome.org/reading-the-release-notes-is-a-must-do-step/
Yes, it is a serious burden to keep answering the same question over and
over again while the answer is over there, waiting for someone to read it.
On the other hand, it is our job to educate our users and guide them
through the right path.
I do hope this note will be helpful to avoid the same issue in the future -
I do hope that.
Thank you :)
P.S.
I wish someone would ask someday: "why there is release notes?" instead of
"why my system is showing the wrong version?" :P
