[Translation] Wiki Page and Activities

I'm in charge of two Translators teams in elementary OS (and I also
collaborate in another one) , I would be grateful to help, but as Fran
said, I don't see the need of translation teams. The wiki area should just
give some information about the GNOME translation process (both in
l10n.gnome and in Launchpad via the Ubuntu Translators teams).
