[Developers Wiki Page] Needs some love and care!

Hi,

I have moved the PPA from:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuGNOME

To:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuGNOME/Developers

Now, please, note that I am NOT a developer. My Areas of Involvements [1]
with Ubuntu Communities are way too far from Developing and/or Programming
:)

So, I'd appreciate if we could have something maybe like:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Lubuntu/Developers

Or much simple.

If we are looking for more Developers to join and help, we need to give
them something to read :) I've been always approached by some interested
people who are asking about that can they do for us regarding development
but I don't have the right answer for them (because I am not a developer).
