Hi,

Starting from 12.04, Ubuntu Team has dropped the support for NON-PAE CPUs
from the default Kernel. Lubuntu and Xubuntu Team both maintained a NON-PAE
Kernel for 12.04 but starting from 12.10, all Ubuntu Official Flavours were
using PAE Kernel means users must have PAE CPU.

Having that said, Ubuntu GNOME 13.04 and 13.10 will require a PAE CPU :)

Thank you!
