Evolution problem

Hello everyone. Total newbie. Don’t know if it's the right place to post
this. Big problem with evolution.
Made a backup of my Exchange account through mapi , installed UbuntuGnome
13.10. Installed evolution-mapi plug-in. Imported. But it goes busted. I
can see that evolution imported all my folders, but failed to create the
account. If I try to create the account manually, I don’t get the option to
connect via Mapi. So I think evolution is not recognizing the mapi plugin.
Can anyone help me? Thank you so much.
