[testing] No touch for the top and bottom bars!!!

Hi everybody,
I have installed the 4/10/13 iso on my Lenovo s10-3t. The touch response in
general works very nice, but unfortunately, the top bar and the bottom one
in the classic desktop do not respond at all, accept the fact, that
wherever you touch, the font or the icon becomes bold... This is very sad,
as the 13.04 behaved on my Lenovo's touchscreen very smooth, as if it was
an android tablet and I could use the netbook 100% touchable. I also tried
to run the 13.10 on an old KUPA atom tablet, that runs Win7 very nice, but
it had the same problem - no touch for the top and borrom bars...
