Lock screen turns off display after 15 seconds, how to change it?

Yes I thought it might be editable somewhere there. Searching for "lock"
or "15" didn't find anything.
The devs shouldn't hide it and put it somewhere into "System Settings".
This issues was not in 13.04 (despite it too uses many GNOME 3.8
components).
