Social Media pages

Hi Folks,

After speaking with Jeremy today, I went ahead and created a couple of
Social Media pages for Ubuntu Gnome.

On Google+:

On Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/UbuntuGNOME

I'm currently just using an icon I quickly cobbled together until we get
something official and an official website setup.
