Edit Ubuntu gnome Wiki page with a script?

Hi all,

related to tracking packages which have already been processed, I am
wondering if it is possible to edit a wiki page dedicated to this purpose
from a script.

As I understand each wiki software has different ways to acheive this. Any
pointers would be appreciated
