[Testing] Terminal disapears after restart shell (64bit)

Hello,

I have installed the 64bit version.
I have firefox, gedit and terminal opened.
When  try to restart the shell (alt+f2 and press r), I can bring to
front firefox and gedit but terminal dissapears. Although I see 3
windows at "dash" status (sorry, not sure how it called), when  press
terminal, I get firefox.
On the top (next to activities) it's black. It supposed to be terminal icon.

I hope I described it well.
Please if you need any info from me, let me know what and how to provide it.
I'm end user and also not an ubuntu user for looooong time.
