Ubuntu GNOME 13.04 RC Testing

Just a general question about testing here:

When I go to the qa tracker (http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker) and click
"raring final" (http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/milestones/269/builds)
and then Ubuntu Gnome 64-bit I get this url with build 42821: (
http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/milestones/269/builds/42821/testcases).

The links you provided are for builds 42783 and 42784. What accounts for
the difference in build numbers? And does it matter? Should we always be
testing the newest build?
