Nope, sorry. unrar is in multiverse which means Ubuntu flavors cannot
ship it. unar doesn't have that problem which is why I pointed it out
instead.

unrar is pulled in by installing ubuntu-restricted-extras though.

I don't see how things are really bad because we don't include
everything. What mainstream operating system supports 7zip files
without installing an additional app or library?
