J'ai personnellement une bécanne sous Ubuntu serveur depuis la sortie de hoary. J'ai migré très facilement de SME et Free-EOS vers Ubuntu. (Euh, faut aimer apprendre quand même hein? Ce ne sont pas les mêmes distrib de bases: redhat vs debian...) Ca me fait une "boite noire" accessible par SSH et par le web (pour apache/php/mysql, samba(swat) et mldonkey) et je n'y touche jamais! D'ailleurs oups, j'ai toujours pas migré en breezy...
